We restored the database cluster successfully. Unleash instances should be coming up shortly.

We started restoring the database cluster. It affects ~20% of pro customers in EU region.

We just resolved the issue!

We implemented a fix and currently monitoring the result. It affected all pro customers in the EU region. The API was up all the time, but the Admin UI was unavailable for a few minutes for some customers.

We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident.

The incident has been resolved.

The issue was related to a deployment of our static assets which failed, even if AWS CodeDeploy reported the deployment as successful. The consequence was that the Unleash Admin UI available for some of our PRO customers in the EU region. This incident did not affect the API and the customer applications connected was not impacted.

Enterprise customers was not affected by this issue.

We implemented a fix and currently monitoring the result.
